How far in advance should I book a private chef in Bali?
Two to four days is comfortable for a standard dinner, which gives us time to plan the menu and shop well. We do take same-day and next-day bookings when a chef is free — message us and we'll tell you honestly what's possible. Peak season (July–August, December–January) books out faster, so a week ahead is wise then.
Do I need a big villa kitchen for a private chef?
No. Our chefs work in everything from compact Canggu apartments to full villa kitchens, and they bring their own knives and key pans. The single most useful thing you can send when booking is a photo of your kitchen — it tells us more than any questionnaire and lets us plan a menu that suits the equipment you actually have.
