How a Villa BBQ Runs
We arrive two hours before guests to set up the fire and prep station. If your villa has no grill, tell us — we bring a charcoal grill at no drama and a small setup fee. Food comes in waves rather than one big dump: skewers and snacks first, mains as the evening settles, grilled pineapple and dessert when the music gets quieter. The chef stays on the fire the whole evening and we leave the grill, kitchen and terrace clean.
BBQ parties work from 6 to about 40 guests; bigger events move better as a buffet — see event & party catering. Vegan and halal grills are easy (everything halal is sourced as such — ask us), and mixed tables are our normal — details on the dietary menus page. Want a quieter evening instead?
